Caustic Soda Pearls
1. 25kg Bag
For Caustic Soda Pearls, the most common packaging is 25kg PP Woven Bag. This kind of packaging consists of a layer of PP outer bag and a layer of PE lining, which has the advantage of being durable and resistant to damage. However, in case of using a knife to cut open, there’s a possibility of debris falling into the product.
We also offer other packaging, such as PE bags (PE outer bag +PE lining), Kraft paper bags (three layers of kraft paper +PE lining) and Paper-plastic bags (paper-laminated PP woven bag +PE lining). While the cost is relatively high, these packages are aesthetically pleasing and designed to minimize debris, and it’s mostly desired in Europe, New Zealand, Australia…
The packagings above, have different specifications. Here you find their most common advantages and disadvantages:
· 1) PP bag: Strong and resistant, it is able to withstand large physical impact, however using a knife to open may cause a mess and produce debris, it’s the reason why the price is relatively low.
· 2) PE bag: Light and flexible, while the cost is relatively high, it can effectively withstand physical impact, in addition using a knife to cut open would never produce debris. It’s also an environmental freindly material.
· 3） Kraft paper bag: Strong structure, suitable for heavy packaging, safe while opening and there’s no possibility to produce debris, environmental protection, but the cost is high.
· 4）Paper plastic bag: strong and moisture resistant , easy to print,and also difficult to create debris when using a tool to open it, but the manufacturing process is complex and the cost is high.

1. 50lb Bag
Due to our large number of North American and Canadian customers, we offer 50lb (50lb) PP woven bags, PE film bags, Kraft paper bags and Paper plastic bags to meet the needs of customers in different regions. The units and packaging are more in line with the standards of these markets.
2. Pail (Can)
We also offer 25kg and 12.5kg Can packages. This type of packaging requires the use of pallets to avoid damage during transportation.

5.Big Bag (Super Sack / Bulk Bag)
We offer large bags of 950kg, 1000kg, 1200kg and 1250kg. These large bags packaging are suitable for customers who need large volume storage and transportation. At the same time, we have two kinds of packaging with and without lower openings.

1. 25kg PP Woven Bag
Due to the characteristics of the Caustic Soda Flake form, other types of packaging may lead to a risk of damage, so currently we only provide 25kg PP woven bag packaging.

2. IBC Tank：1500kg/IBC
For Caustic Soda Liquid, the most common packaging method is IBC drum, which is easy to handle and store, and it’s suitable, especially for customers who do not have storage tank facilities.
3. ISO Tank
It is worth noting that 316 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, however due to the strong corrosion of sodium hydroxide, it may still cause damage to the ISO tank under high temperature or long-term storage.
